Responsibilitie

s:
1. Coordinate with the rest of the Contract Admin team to assign and complete tasks.
2. Drafting up and sending out new contracts for new Associates or clients
3. Managing the onboarding process for all new Associates (collection of documents, referencing, and working practices assessments to ensure everyone is compliant before starting their assignments).
4. Providing references for previous Associates of esynergy, chasing up and collating references for new placements.
5. Assisting in the day-to-day administration of all esynergys Contracts Procedures This includes liaising with the Directors, Managers and Consultant staff to facilitate our Contract extensions, client schedules and new placements, etc.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate/company details in the company's databases.
7. Auditing and archiving internal paperwork.
8. Being responsible for the main switchboard number.
9. General AdHoc duties

Requirements:

10. Good knowledge of Microsoft suite and messaging apps, especially Outlook, Word and Excel, WhatsApp and Slack.
11. Ability to quickly learn new software in order to use the various CRMs and online tools used in house (Kimble, TIFO, Trello, Qdos portal, DocuSign etc)
12. Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A huge part of our job is calling or emailing Associates and clients to explain processes, answer queries and discuss documents.
13. Cheerful, kind and very pro-active personality, always willing to go that extra mile to get things done and help others.
14. Strong attention to details and ability to follow procedures and prioritize tasks. We write and amend contracts and documents, so accuracy is vital.
15. Diligence, tenacity and flexibility and willingness to undertake whatever needs doing in the office.
16. Able to provide a valid Passport with a valid EU work visa (if required)
