The Role:
Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position -Sales + Business Development
Clients/Businesses: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment processAt Rise:
Career progression to management, leadership and director level roles
Uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice)
International opportunities: offices in Miami FL, Austin TX, Bristol UK & London UK with more to come
