About the Role
As Graphic Designer, you will contribute to the definition and evolution of Nscale’s visual identity, ensuring it aligns with our mission and reflects the character of our products, services and partnerships. Reporting to the VP, Head of Marketing, you will design and deliver high-impact creative for a wide range of communications — from large-scale product launches and thought leadership campaigns to keynote presentations and social content. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines and time zones. You will also work with external creative partners to scale our output and maintain a consistent, world-class standard of visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the definition and evolution of Nscale’s visual identity, ensuring alignment with our mission and product narrative.
* Collaborate closely with product managers and marketers to align creative execution with strategy and messaging.
* Design and execute high-impact creative for brand systems, go-to-market activities, major announcements, website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, presentations, event collateral, video graphics, promotional materials etc.
* Transform complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives across web, social, presentations, events, and other channels.
* Partner with executive leadership to design keynote presentations that clearly communicate intricate ideas at major industry events.
* Act as a key creative point-of-contact for stakeholders during fast-paced launch cycles.
* Partner with external creative agencies and vendors to extend our creative capabilities.
* Propose and develop innovative, proactive design ideas for campaigns and special projects and refine creative content based on feedback and performance data.
* Maintain exceptional attention to detail and uphold the highest standard of craft in all deliverables.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of professional experience in a design role, ideally within technology, AI, or high-growth startup environments.
* Expert proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and comparable platforms.
* Advanced skills in animation, motion graphics, and video editing, with an eye for pacing, storytelling, and brand coherence.
* Proven experience creating digital marketing assets for a variety of channels — including social media, web, presentations, and event collateral.
* Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual storytelling, creative range, and mastery of brand design principles.
* Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technology concepts into accessible, compelling visual narratives.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
* Strong track record of ensuring brand consistency, integrating feedback effectively, and delivering polished, high-quality work.
