HR Generalist (Contract)
Global Chemical Business | UK
A global chemical business is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to jump in and make an immediate impact. If you're confident, data-savvy and strong on ER, this role puts you at the heart of UK people operations.
What You'll Do
* First-line support for ER: disciplinary, performance, absence & general HR queries
* Drive people processes: performance cycle, compensation, Workday actions
* Build reports & turn data into actionable insight
* Support policy rollout & coach managers on HR systems/processes
* Partner on UK-wide HR initiatives, training & change projects
* Act as first contact for recruitment activity
You will need
* Solid HR generalist + strong UK ER experience
* HR systems knowledge (Workday a bonus)
* Data-driven mindset & confident with MS Office
* Strong stakeholder management
* CIPD or global experience desirable
* High-visibility HR role in a global, fast-paced environment
* Broad remit + genuine influence
* Hybrid, collaborative team + occasional site travel
