About the role:
My client in the packaging sector is seeking a proactive Key Account Support Specialist who can coordinate cross-departmentally, has excellent attention to detail, and can multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Key Account Manager by providing administrative support, handling client communication, and preparing reports.
2. Manage contracts by overseeing and updating contract details, monitoring key milestones, ensuring compliance, and proactively managing renewals and amendments.
3. Liaise with the Stock and Procurement teams to coordinate product requirements, forecast demand, and ensure timely ordering and delivery.
4. Handle sales administration by managing customer orders, processing invoices, maintaining customer records, and tracking sales performance.
5. Coordinate orders for large accounts and contracts, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery, and fulfillment, working closely with internal teams to meet client expectations.
6. Multitask efficiently while receiving training across various departments, including procurement, stock management, and customer service, to enhance operations and improve cross-functional collaboration.
