Role: General Manager
As a General Manager, you’ll lead with passion, care for your team and guests, and drive the restaurant’s performance.
Responsibilities
* Have a passion for real food and warm hospitality – the guest experience is at the heart of everything you do
* Bring proven management experience – from branded or independent restaurants
* Take full ownership of the restaurant, the team, and the vibe
* Lead by example – coach, develop and uplift your team daily
* Be detail-obsessed – ensure great service is delivered in the small things
* Stay calm under pressure and adapt confidently as the business grows
* Understand the business side – with a solid handle on financials
* Commit to doing things the right way and caring for your team and guests
Qualifications
* Mid-Senior level experience in management, preferably in restaurants
