The successful candidate will: Have experience across Early Years, First and Second Level and a commitment to innovative, research-led approaches. Be able to support pupils and staff in developing creative approaches towards improving attainment and curriculum design. Be a highly skilled practitioner who is able to support, advise and collaborate with colleagues and partner services. Have experience of leading a team. Have a good working knowledge of GIRFEC and experience of leading transitions. Have excellent communication and organisational skills. This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
