Location: Southampton
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Full Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break)
What Youll Do
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your daily tasks will include:
* Answering phone calls with a warm and welcoming tone
* Meeting and greeting clients, and offering refreshments
* Taking accurate notes during calls and sending follow-up emails
* Keeping the reception area tidy and smart at all times
Ideal Candidate

* Have excellent communication skills
* Be highly organised and detail-oriented
* Possess a friendly demeanour with a professional approach
