Role Details
~ Title: Community Care Worker
~ Location: Basingstoke
~ Pay: £ 13.97 - £ 16.69 per hour
Responsibilities
As a Community Care Worker, you'll provide person-centred care, including:
~ Personal Care and Support: Assist adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity
~ Companionship: Be a friendly face and a comforting presence
~ Live-in Care: Provide 24/7 support for those who need it most
~ Promoting Independence: Empower clients to lead fulfilling lives with autonomy
~ Medication Support: Ensure safe and timely administration of medication
~ Specialist Clinical Care: Handle complex clinical needs with expertise
~ Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Offer compassionate care during life's most challenging moments
Requirements
We seek individuals who have:
~ A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
~ The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
~ A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
~ The right to work in the UK
~ Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
