Vacancy - Electrical Shift Technician
Are you a Technician with excellent troubleshooting and fault finding skills? We are seeking an Electrical Shift Technician to join the team within the Container division, at the Port of Liverpool and help us keep the world moving! This role is working on a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern.
Your Role
Working with a team of Technicians, you will carry out reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance in a safe and efficient manner for all plant and equipment across Terminals One and Two including Cranes, CRMGs and Straddle Carriers. You will attend and fix machine breakdowns during operations in a safe and efficient manner, reporting parts and materials needs to the Engineering Shift Manager promptly. You will demonstrate commitment to multi-skilled activity where appropriate, completing required training as and when required.
You will ensure the reliability, availability and safe performance of equipment by timely delivery of the Preventative Maintenance Plan, identifying spare parts needs and liaising with relevant internal teams to ensure stock availability.
