My client is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team in South Yorkshire. In this role, you will manage and lead a variety of planning projects, from residential developments to strategic land use planning, and provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage complex planning applications and projects.
2. Provide strategic planning advice on land use, zoning, and development.
3. Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
4. Mentor and guide junior planners within the team.
5. Stay updated on local planning regulations and industry trends.
Requirements:
6. A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
7. Proven experience in town planning, with expertise in South Yorkshire.
8. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
9. In-depth knowledge of planning policies, environmental regulations, and development processes.
