Juniper Horizons are proud to be recruiting for a self-employed, GDC registered Dental Hygienist or Hygienist Therapist to join a very busy and established hygiene team within a modern, independent private dental practice located in Swanage, Dorset.
This is a part-time opportunity for 2+ days per week, initially starting on Tuesdays and Fridays. A full and established patient list is available from day one, with full nursing support provided.
The practice is a modern, fully private 4-surgery setting offering general dentistry, implants, facial aesthetics, and orthodontic treatment. It is fully computerised (SOE) and supports a strong base of FPI and Denplan patients.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a dedicated hygiene team within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. This opportunity would suit a highly motivated clinician who is passionate about delivering excellent treatment, outstanding patient care, and ongoing professional development.

Appointments are scheduled at 30–60 minutes, with full clinical support from an experienced team of dentists, hygienists, and nursing staff.
• Excellent rates of pay
• £40.00 – £46.00 per hour
• From £20 per 30-minute appointment (depending on experience)
• Additional fee paid for Airflow treatments
• Self-employed position
Requirements
• GDC registration (required)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to reliably commute to, or relocate to Swanage, Dorset (BH19)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
