Contributing to curriculum development, resource creation, and departmental initiatives. Leading or supporting co-curricular activities such as language clubs, competitions, and exchange programs. Creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborating with colleagues across the department and school to share best practices and support school initiatives. Experience and Qualifications Degree in French, Modern Languages, or a related field. PGCE or QTS qualification. Experience teaching French at secondary level, including GCSE and A-Level.
