What the Job Involves As a Care Coordinator, you will support administrative and finance operations within the Enablement Team, ensuring a customer-focused service. You will manage electronic call monitoring systems (CM2000) for care staff schedules, contribute to data audits, and maintain up-to-date records. Your role includes a combination of office and home-based work, covering shifts ranging from 7 am to 10 pm on a rolling rota. You will also assist in resolving customer inquiries and will be required to manage office calls confidently.
