Ready to take the next step in your care career? We are looking for a dedicated Male Support Worker with NVQ Level 3 or eager to achieve one with fully funded training. Male Support Workers are wanted in Haverfordwest (Driving licence is a bonus, but not essential!). With our expanding vision for Care in the Home across Wales, we're searching for motivated, proactive, and compassionate Support Workers who are ready to make a real difference, empowering clients to live independent, fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.


What you'll be doing

We're on the lookout for warm-hearted, proactive Male Support Workers to join our growing team in beautiful Haverfordwest, Wales. If you're someone who leads with kindness, lifts others up with patience and positivity, and believes that caring is a calling, not just a job you might be exactly who we're looking for. You'll be supporting a fantastic male client living with an acquired brain injury (ABI), helping him live life with dignity, comfort, and joy. Whether you prefer day shifts (8am–8pm) or wake nights (8pm–8am), each moment is a chance to bring companionship, confidence, and care right into the heart of his home.

Essential attributes

* Passion for enabling client to exercise choice and control over their own lives as far as possible.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willing to learn about different cultures and beliefs.
* Maintain professional boundaries with the client and their family, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate.
