IFA Administrator - Houghton Le Spring - up to £35,000 (Flexible Working Options)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IFA Administrator to join our growing financial planning team in Durham. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Independent Financial Advisers and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator with a passion for financial services to contribute to a collaborative and client-focused environment. You will be instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative support, helping our advisers deliver top-tier financial planning solutions to our clients .
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing new business applications and managing existing client accounts.
* Preparing client documentation, including illustrations, valuations, and review packs.
* Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain necessary information.
* Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems (experience with Intelliflo is a plus!).
* Handling client queries efficiently and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
* Supporting advisers with diary management and meeting preparation.
* Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
What We're Looking For:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IFA administration role or similar within financial services.
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
* A genuine desire to deliver outstanding client service.
* Knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes is highly desirable.
