Overview

Recruitment and Benefits Operations Specialist (French Speaking)

Salary: £18.50 per hour • Location: Brighton - hybrid WFH • Duration: Temporary, 12 months maternity cover • Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Are you looking for a role that celebrates a collaborative and inclusive culture? This is a fantastic new opportunity with a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of Brighton.


Responsibilities

The role is split into two parts:

* Recruitment Operations
o Assist with ensuring a seamless post-offer and onboarding experience for candidates, Hiring Leaders & Recruiters
o Background Verification review and adjudication
o Offer & Contract Process for France and other EMEA markets as required
o Pre-hire & onboarding activities (initiating background verification, initiating onboarding process, Day 1 support) to both candidate & hiring leaders
o Non-requisition related administrative tasks (e.g., contract addendums and amendments)
o Identify changes related to offer process and policy documentation as required, including standard forms and email templates
o Ensure data integrity and compliance in all activities
* Benefits Operations
o Support the end-to-end process of medical checks, ensuring timely scheduling, vendor coordination and resolution of colleagues’ queries or issues
o Assist in identifying and solving issues related to service and process and follow up on solutions with the relevant internal and external stakeholders
o Facilitate a seamless and positive colleague experience throughout the process by ensuring clear communication and responsive support
o Support with tracking information in systems and monitoring data to ensure everything is accurate and up to date


Requirements

* Fluent in French and English
* Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with candidates and internal partners
* Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
* Excellent attention to detail, with a proven ability to problem solve
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
* Good knowledge of Excel and analytics tools
