Reservations Manager, Albert's Schloss Manchester

We are looking for a hardworking, talented, and experienced individual to join our sales team at Albert’s Schloss Manchester as a Reservations Manager.
What you’ll be doing
* Reactive Business: Lead work on reactive incoming business via the website, phone, and Outlook.
* Corporate Business: Support the Sales Manager by handling large event inquiries.
* Phone Calls: Manage incoming phone calls.
* Upsells: Increase SPH on confirmed bookings by upselling packages, pre-orders, and bolt-ons.
* Event Management: Ensure each booking is organized correctly, considering allocations, pre-orders, run sheet notes, and all relevant information for a smooth handover to the operations team.
* Showcases: Support with seasonal corporate showcases alongside the Sales Manager.
* FAM trips: Assist the wider sales team with agency and corporate venue FAM trips.
* Off-Peak Shifts: Collaborate with the team by working evening and weekend shifts when required.
Who we need
* Previous experience in a senior sales role is essential.
* Experience in B2B and corporate agency account management.
* A genuine love for hospitality and a desire to go above and beyond.
* Organized and computer literate.
* Good communication and written skills.
* Experience with Collins booking system.
