Were working with a well-established food manufacturing business in the Malton area thats continuing to invest heavily in its site and engineering function.
Due to ongoing growth, theyre looking to bring in aMulti-Skilled Engineering Technicianto support production, drive reliability, and play a key role in improving site performance.
The Role
This is a hands-on engineering role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Youll be responsible for keeping production running efficiently through a mix ofreactive maintenance, planned maintenance, and continuous improvement work.
Youll also be involved in supporting new equipment, improving existing processes, and working closely with production to drive performance.

* Carrying out bothreactive and planned maintenanceacross site
* Fault finding onelectrical and mechanical systems
* Supporting the delivery of the sitePPM schedule
* Minimising downtime and improving equipment reliability
* Assisting withinstallations and continuous improvement projects
* Working closely with production to maintain output, quality, and safety standards
What Theyre Looking For
* Multi-skilled engineer withelectrical and mechanical experience
* Ideallyapprentice trained or Level 3 qualified (NVQ / C&G / HNC)
* Experience withinfood or FMCG manufacturing
* Strong fault-finding ability and a practical mindset
* Understanding ofPPM systems, OEE, and continuous improvement
* Someone who takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the team
Whats on Offer

* Monday to Friday shifts (no weekends)
