Job Title: Technician – Animal Care
Location: Great Yarmouth
Hours: Fractional – 21 hpw
Contract: Fixed Term to 30/04/2027
Salary: Band E - £23970.00 FTE (£12.42 per hour)

With our highly experienced and knowledgeable Animal Care Curriculum Team here at East Coast College, students’ skills and knowledge are developed through a range of methods and up to date industry techniques. Offering Introduction to Animal Care Level1, Animal Care Level 2, and Animal Management Level 3, this is a great opportunity to help support our students and staff.
Please note that weekend work is required to provide care for the animals when the college is closed.

Responsibilities
* Caring for the ECC animals
* Preparing work areas for student delivery
* Assisting with student queries and staff need
* Building rapport with students and encouraging their aspirations
