Role Title:
Jetting Engineer
Reporting To:
Operations Manager
Role Description:
We are looking for a skilled Jetting Engineer to join our team. If you have experience with high-pressure jetting equipment, particularly in the drainage industry, you’ll be a great fit. However, prior experience is not essential. Having a high-pressure water jetting certificate is a plus but not mandatory.
A clean UK driving licence is required, and while a CSCS card is desirable, it is not essential.
Excellent customer service skills are a must as you will represent our company when interacting with clients and the public. Flexibility is crucial due to the 24/7 callout nature of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate van-mounted jetting equipment for various drain-related issues.
2. Respond to emergency call-outs and handle regular maintenance tasks.
3. Perform surface cleaning, remediation, and domestic & commercial drainage jetting.
4. Visit various customers across the South East of England.
5. Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications and Requirements:
6. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
7. High-pressure water jetting certificate (desirable but not essential).
8. CSCS card (desirable but not essential).
9. Clean UK driving licence.
10. Excellent customer service skills.
