Job Description
A Tier One Main Contractor is seeking a talented and dedicated Project Administrator to join our team in Exeter.
Duties:
1. Project Lifeline: Providing essential administrative support to our project teams, keeping everything on track and on schedule.
2. Document Dynamo: Managing and organising project documentation with exceptional accuracy, ensuring information flows smoothly.
3. Communication Central: Acting as a key point of contact, handling inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between site and office teams.
4. Logistics Legend: Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel.
5. Problem-Solving Powerhouse: Tackling administrative challenges with a positive attitude and finding efficient solutions.
6. Procurement Pal: Assisting with procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
7. Data Guru: Maintaining accurate records, inputting data, and generating reports.
What you'll bring to the table:
* Proven administrative experience, ideally within a construction or similar fast-paced industry.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* A knack for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
