What Youll Own
* Act as the go‑to technical authority for all things D365 SCM
* Lead incident, problem, and major escalation management
* Drive technical governance across managed service and delivery partners
* Oversee releases, upgrades, quality updates, and environment readiness
* Ensure stability across Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics & Planning
* Manage Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Event Grid, etc.)
* Uphold SOX, audit, security, and risk controls
* Champion continuous improvement and platform resilience
