This individual will own and drive the customer account experience across App and Web. You’ll define and deliver a cohesive strategy to improve sign-in and account creation, reduce friction, and create compelling reasons for customers to hold and return to an account. You’ll partner with other Product Managers to implement the strategy and work closely with engineering teams to bring your vision to life.

You’ll have the chance to apply your product expertise in a fast-moving, commercial environment with the autonomy to shape a high-impact area of our customer journey.
You will also support embedding a customer-first mindset across the business and continually improve how we deliver value through account-based experiences.
Additionally, you will apply your technical compliance skills and strategic thinking to ensure CtM operates compliantly, minimizing customer harm, and fostering a compliance-aware culture across the organization.

This role is within the commercial division, is fast-paced, exciting, and requires adaptability to change.
Some main responsibilities include:
* Define and own the strategy for customer accounts across web and app.
* Collaborate with other Product Managers to align and deliver the account strategy.
* Improve sign-in and account creation journeys to increase satisfaction and reduce friction.
* Champion the value of holding an account and promote adoption.
* Work with engineering teams to deliver improvements.
* Monitor KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
* Use customer insights and data to refine experiences.
