Responsibilities
* Conduct Traffic Counts: Gather essential data and communicate with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain Temporary Traffic Lights: Keep our temporary traffic lights in top condition for safe and efficient traffic flow.
* Deploy Traffic Management Solutions: Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management equipment, including cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other essential equipment.
* Mentor New Trainees: Share knowledge and guide new team members as they learn the ropes.

General working hours are 40 - 48 hours per week. Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and occasional travel/being on-call if you have access to a company van.

Your Role As a 12d Traffic Management Operative
As a key member of our team, you will:
* Conduct Traffic Counts: Gather essential data and communicate with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain Temporary Traffic Lights: Keep our temporary traffic lights in top condition for safe and efficient traffic flow.
* Deploy Traffic Management Solutions: Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management equipment, including cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other essential equipment.
* Mentor New Trainees: Share knowledge and guide new team members as they learn the ropes.
What We Are Looking For
* Qualifications: Minimum M1/M2; SLG Unit 2 may be considered.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
* Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points; any bans must have expired at least 5 years ago.
* Testing: Must pass drug and alcohol tests (offer contingent on results).
* Attitude: Positive, can-do mindset.
* Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, meticulous attention to detail.
* Flexibility: Able to work weekends, nights, and travel if required.
* Training: Traffic Management Training subject to signing a training agreement.
