We are seeking an experienced Data/MIS Manager with a passion for delivering excellence in education funding, compliance, and data management. You will be comfortable in managing a data team and developing.
You will thrive in a role that demands strategic oversight, operational delivery, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Department for Education (DfE), the ESFA, and Ofsted.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Director of Delivery and Director of Quality on all funding, audit, contract and compliance matters.
* Lead and align the funding, compliance, and MIS functions to ensure robust and efficient systems and processes.
* Ensure all funding, compliance and MIS functions are aligned to funder and awarding bodies and contractual requirements.
* Oversee funding submissions, compliance activities, and audit preparations, ensuring regulatory and contractual requirements are met.
* Drive data innovation, using insights to inform strategic decisions and improve student outcomes.
* Work with Delivery Managers to ensure accuracy of data, reporting and funding is maximised.
* Represent RMF Training during external audits and inspections, safeguarding the integrity of our funding and compliance activities.
* Produce accurate reports for the Senior Leadership Team to monitor performance against contractual KPI’s.
* Identify key performance trends with the view to accurately forecast funding against contractual KPI’s.
* Manage the data team to meet the funding and business objectives.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
* Experience of data management in an Adult Education setting.
* Experience of team management.
* Experience of report writing, data analysis and forecasting.
Key results/objectives:
* Maximise skills funding contracts and therefore income into the business.
* Accurately forecast funding to support with growth and business objectives.
* Develop robust processes and procedures.
