We're Hiring: Site Foreman
Location: Manchester
Sectors: Residential
Project Types: Refurb on 6/7 bed shared accommodation
Values: £100-300k
FREELANCE: £200 - £250 per day
Duration: Short term
Duties of a Site Foreman include but are not limited to:
* Supervise and co-ordinate daily site activities, labour, and sub-contractors (HMO (6/7 bed refurb)
* Joinery background is preferred
* Report directly to the Project Manager
* Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly
Required Qualifications/Experience as a Site Foreman
* Proven experience as a Site Foreman
* Joinery background is preferred
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Minimum of 3+ years experience in a Site Foreman position
* UK driving licence preferred but not essential
