We are looking for an experienced Holiday Home Sales Advisor to support our beautiful Retallack Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate is results-driven and personable.

You will be offering people the opportunity for Holiday Home Ownership at one of our parks and showcasing our Holiday Homes to potential buyers. You will take ownership of all aspects of Holiday Home Sales. A driving license is required due to the nature of the role.

What you’ll be doing

As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you will interact with potential buyers, providing insights to help them make informed decisions about purchasing holiday homes. You will seek opportunities to engage with potential customers and guide them through the ownership process, always aiming to exceed sales targets and ensure a positive experience.

Holidays happen at holiday times, so flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is required.

Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need

You should be a people person with strong relationship-building skills, capable of making customers feel valued both on the phone and face-to-face. Multi-tasking, staying calm under pressure, and a positive attitude are essential. Nice to have but not essential

* Experience in selling holiday homes or high-value products
* Success in outbound sales calls
* Background in target-driven sales environments

Training will be provided to help you guide customers from start to finish, regardless of your previous experience.
