Job Role:\r\n\r\nThis apprenticeship covers all aspects of service, maintenance and commissioning of Building Services Engineering systems including; heating, hot, cold water storage and distribution systems, air conditioning and ventilation, gas installations and appliances, oil installations and electrical building services control systems.\r\n\r\n Qualifications on successful completion/\r\n\r\nModern Apprenticeship Facilities Management â Service, Maintenance & Commissioning.\r\n\r\nAs an integral part of the course, candidates receive training preparing them to complete additional professional competency courses including ACS Commercial Gas, Control of Legionellosis, IEE 18th Edition, F Gas, Brazing, Unvented Hot Water and OFTEC Oil.\r\n â¢\tBe able to attend Glasgow Kelvin College to study towards a Modern Apprenticeship SVQ Level 3 (SCQF Level 7) on a block release basis.\nâ¢\tAre aged 16 or over\nâ¢\tNot in full time education â you can apply whilst still at school but you will need to have left school before your apprenticeship \nâ¢\tHave a driving license or have a driving license by the end of the 4 years of the apprenticeship. \n
