Facilities Manager
An award-winning UK law firm is recruiting a highly organised and experienced Facilities Manager to join its London office on a permanent basis.

This is a client and internal-facing role where professionalism and presentation are essential. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, the client suite, and central support personnel, including supervision and line management responsibilities.
Facilities Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee facilities, client suite, and central support personnel, including daily supervision and line management.
* Manage daily client suite operations to ensure a five-star experience for all visitors
* Oversee daily facilities operations, including supplier and contractor management, procurement, IT needs, building maintenance, postal services, and office space utilisation
* Monitor office spend to ensure alignment with budget and policy
* Ensure day-to-day compliance with Health & Safety obligations in line with firm policies
* Monitor and enforce adherence to HSE regulations and the firm’s internal risk and compliance policies
* Deliver a professional onboarding experience for new starters and manage leaver processes
Facilities Manager Skills & Requirements:
* Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment
* Strong office, facilities, and people management skills
* Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the firm
