A new role to our European HR team, we are looking for someone with hands on talent attraction and recruitment experience, with the ambition to professionalise our talent acquisition process and improve candidate experience and onboarding.
Currently our local HR partners recruit for their local teams and this role will aim to centralise recruiting activity and standardise processes wherever possible. We would like someone who has previously introduced standards, procedures and training to ensure that talent attraction and recruitment processes are as effective and engaging as possible.
Reporting to the HR Director for Europe, the TA specialist will partner with leaders across European business units to find and secure the best people for our growing organising.
We anticipate that the following areas of responsibility will sit with this role:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
Partner with leaders, advising on recruitment strategy, market conditions and workforce planning
Manage recruitment projects for individual roles in all functions, partnering with local HR colleagues to manage workload
Optimise relationships with external recruitment partners
Lead on headhunting and proactive candidate engagement for specialist and senior roles
Provide guidance and support to get the most out of recruitment processes including shortlisting, interviewing and selection practices
Work closely with the broader HR team and hiring managers to optimise the onboarding process and set up new joiners to succeed
Design and deliver training and skills development sessions for recruiting managers
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and relevant employment legislation, including updating procedures as appropriate
Use data and insights to establish meaningful KPIs and track recruitment performance to continuously improve hiring outcomes
