The Role:

• Lead and manage a Private Client team in Leeds
• Take over and further develop an established caseload and client relationships
• Advise on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate
• Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
• Drive business development and strengthen the firm’s presence in the Leeds/Yorkshire market
• Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and performance
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners

The Candidate:

• Senior Private Client Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm
• Strong technical expertise across private client work
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
• Well-connected in the Leeds/Yorkshire market with strong referrer relationships
• Commercially astute with excellent client relationship skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and development
• Capable of stepping into a leadership role within the office
