About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale our operations in Eastwood. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in BPO, logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or retail operations, who thrives in designing processes and building operational structures from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and oversee end-to-end operations for night shift teams.
* Design, implement, and optimize operational processes, workflows, and structures.
* Drive operational efficiency, performance metrics, and quality standards.
* Manage transitions and transformations of operations, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
* Mentor and develop teams to achieve operational excellence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align operations with business objectives.
Qualifications
* 8–10 years of experience in BPO operations, logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce, retail, or equivalent industries.
* Proven experience in designing processes and building operational structures from scratch.
* Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
* Ability to handle night shift operations and manage performance in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
