We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our fantastic team at our Tarmac Plant in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The site is easily accessible from Banbury, Bicester, Bodicote, Kidlington, Oxford, Brackley, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stratford-on-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Daventry, Northampton and surrounding areas.

Role Responsibility
As Multi Skilled Operative reporting directly to the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
1. All operational activities within a manufacturing environment
2. Meeting daily production target requirements
3. Supporting all site KPI’s including quality, Health and Safety, site housekeeping
4. Supporting and working alongside our site fitter on basic operator lead maintenance
5. Weighbridge duties
6. Housekeeping and delivering excellent site standards
7. Working with a team focused on great customer service, especially providinggood qualitymaterial and on-time deliveries to a varied customer base
8. Carrying out inspections on the plant and carry out housekeeping tasks and basic daily maintenance
9. Ensuring stocks are replenished andmaintainedto good levels
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Multi Skilled Operative will have previous plant operational experience. You will also:
10. Be flexible and able todemonstrateacan doattitude
11. Possess initiative and be able to think for themselves
12. Hold a full UK driving Licence
13. Be a team player and an affective communicator
14. Be confident using various IT applications
15. Ideally to have a forklift truck and loading shovel licence (training will be given to the right candidate)
16. Have a good attitude towards Health and Safety and the environment
17. Hard working and willing to learn new skills
