The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will specialize in Mechanical Design Recruitment within the Future Mobility sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and engaging top talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
Develop and nurture relationships with key clients in the electric vehicles, eVTOL, UAV, and drone industries .
Identify, engage, and place top-tier Mechanical Design Engineers and technical specialists.
Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to provide expert market insights.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within engineering, technical, or future mobility sectors.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design, automotive, aerospace, or related engineering disciplines .
A track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
