Customer Service Advisor
Location: Loughborough
Pay: £12.21 an hour
Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri
12 month Maternity cover with the potential for permanent in the future
Responsibilities:
* Create an excellent customer experience by effectively handling customer accounts, orders, queries, and complaints through various communication channels (telephone, email, Live chat, WhatsApp).
* Take ownership of daily tasks and prioritise them to ensure timely and accurate completion, seeking guidance from the senior team when needed.
* Be adaptable and flexible, switching tasks as directed by seniors based on daily demands and available resources.
* Evaluate and manage your own work, maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both verbal and written interactions.
* Work efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
* Proactively drive change and problem-solve with initiative.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong interpersonal skills with confident and effective communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new systems.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
* Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
