Job Description
We are currently seeking a Public Area Attendant to join our vibrant team.
As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a pristine and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. You will:
* Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restaurants, and restrooms, are spotless and well-maintained at all times.
* Take responsibility for cleaning and sanitizing high-touch areas to uphold health and safety standards.
* Assist in maintaining cleanliness in back-of-house areas to support overall hotel operations.
* Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment.
* Work efficiently and as part of a team to ensure seamless service.

* Passionate about creating extraordinary service
* Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
