You will run digital campaigns, monitor performance and turn insight into action. Your work will help shape our strategy and improve how we reach audiences. You will also guide the team to deliver seamless recruitment activity and great experiences at every touchpoint. We are looking for someone who brings strong digital skills and real confidence with data. Someone who can spot trends, ask the right questions and recommend smart improvements.
