Senior Assessment Officer (SO2) Description The Senior Assessment Officer (SO2) plays a critical role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of assessment strategies within the organization. Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive assessment frameworks aligned with organizational objectives. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of various assessment tools and methodologies. Analyze assessment data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality protocols in all assessment activities. Provide training and support to staff involved in assessment processes to enhance competencies. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve assessment strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in assessment development, administration, or related roles. Strong knowledge of assessment methodologies, psychometrics, and data analysis techniques. Proficiency in using statistical software and assessment platforms. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. High ethical standards with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in assessments.
