Responsibilities of this EYFS Teacher role: Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives. Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
