Job Description:
Development of volume and cash margin within the secondary care / specialist clinics in the UK by achieving budgeted sales and margin. Responsibilities include new product introduction and developing core relationships within the sector to ensure Glenmark’s portfolio is represented on all relevant tenders.
Responsibilities
* Develop and sustain relationships with key decision makers in secondary care settings, including hospital clinicians, consultants, and other healthcare professionals.
* Leverage relationships to build opportunities for off-contract sales within the customer base.
* Secure as much contracted business as possible within all accounts.
* Network with customers across secondary care to identify projects and initiatives.
* Develop and implement account-based territory business plans.
* Achieve all sales and activity targets within the defined territory for specified products.
* Ensure contract compliance according to regional Framework Agreements.
* Interpret sales and activity data to maximize effectiveness.
* Maximize return on investments within the financial year and product portfolio.
* Maintain high knowledge of company and competitor products and NHS changes.
* Identify market shortages and opportunities for off-contract sales.
* Liaise with relevant departments within accounts to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
* ABPI Preferred (must be prepared to gain qualification within the first 2 years in role).
