You will develop brand-marketing strategies, including product development, brand creation, commercial planning and implement these strategies through marketing and commercial campaigns, which maximise return on investment for the brands.
Responsibilities
* Develop and produce marketing plans - Prepare the marketing plan for respiratory products. Define the marketing strategies and develop the plan to commercialise the brands through promotional campaigns utilising the full marketing mix. (20%)
* Budget management - Budgetary responsibilities for ensuring promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits. (15%)
* Sales force engagement - Engaging with sales management and sales teams to ensure promotional campaigns are developed and implemented to ensure optimum results. (20%)
* Forecast management - Support the UK Sales & Marketing Director with forecasting, tracking and Budgeting. While providing additional support for the Demand Review for own products monthly and in an accurate and timely manner. (15%)
* KOL Development - Support the Sales Teams (Primary Care and Market Access/ Secondary Care) with Key Opinion Leader Development. (20%)
* General - Liaising closely with all relevant support functions as required. (10%)

* Deep understanding of the healthcare environment and the pharmaceutical market.
* Ability to evaluate ROI when utilising Marketing Budgets.
* Knowledge of pharma marketing in OTC and POM branded products.
* Knowledge of customer characteristics.

* Ability to translate strategic plan into tactical plan and drive projects.

Experience
* Proven record of accomplishment in relevant sales environment.
