Salary: £29,093 per annum + £1,000 Secure Allowance + Sleep-In Allowance
Overtime paid at 1.5x beyond 37 hours per week

Your Role:
As a Secure Residential Worker, you'll play a vital role in the care, development, and protection of young people in our secure unit. You will:
1. Provide high-quality, child-centred care and assertive, positive parenting
2. Support young people with daily living skills, routines, and personal growth
3. Build trusting relationships through 1:1 keywork sessions and group activities
4. Implement and monitor personalised care and behaviour support plans
