Role
ERSOU is seeking a highly skilled and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the ACC and other members of the senior leadership team. Successful candidate will support the ERSOU Assistant Chief Constable and other SLT members. This is a critical role at the heart of ERSOU, requiring exceptional organisational ability, sound judgement, discretion and confidence when working at a senior strategic level.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactive diary and inbox management for the ACC, SCS, DCS, and designated senior officers.
* Coordination of meetings, briefings and governance activity, including preparation of agendas and papers.
* Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Liaison with senior stakeholders, police forces, partners and external organisations.
* Supporting travel arrangements, events and operational commitments.
* Providing flexible administrative support as required to meet organisational priorities.
About You
You will be an experienced PA or senior administrator, confident working with executive leaders and senior stakeholders. You will be highly organised, adaptable and able to manage pressure and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, professionalism, resilience and a high level of integrity are essential. Experience working in a policing, emergency service or similarly complex organisation would be advantageous but is not essential.

Vetting Requirements
