Anne Corder Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established pharmaceutical wholesaling business for an Administrator to join their small, close-knit team.
This is a varied, hands-on opportunity suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organisation. Full training will be provided, so prior pharmaceutical experience isn’t essential attitude and attention to detail are key.
The role as Administrator, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the business, working across office administration, customer support, and operational coordination. This role offers real variety and would suit someone who enjoys being involved in different parts of a business.
Key responsibilities
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handling telephone enquiries, orders and queries professionally
Liaising with suppliers and internal colleagues
Maintaining customer records and documentation
Monitoring consignments and deliveries
Filing, document management and general office administration
Supporting operational tasks such as stock checks, booking couriers and order preparation
Assisting with pricing calculations and supplier comparisons
Ensuring processes are followed in line with regulatory and compliance standards About you
You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks, with strong attention to detail and a professional approach. Experience in an office-based role would be beneficial, and this position would suit someone looking to build long-term stability as an Administrator within a growing business.
