Financial Planner – All high worth clients provided!
Central London
Due to continued expansion, we have been retained by a prestigious boutique Wealth Planning firm, with an in-house DFM team, to recruit an ambitious Financial Planner.
All clients will be provided, which are mass affluent or UHNW, and you will not be required to move clients over or self-generate new clients. The firm has some incredible propositions and exclusive cash management facilities that enable its clients to safely maximize their portfolio value and increase revenue within your client bank.
The added benefit to this role is you will have support and mentorship from a Director, to assist in the handover of the clients to you.
Responsibilities
* Managing an existing client bank of circa 80-100 clients
* Targeting the acquisition of new clients through Business Development activities; proactively representing the business and meeting potential clients;
* Rebuilding relationships with unengaged clients through financial planning advice;
* Collaborating with investment managers to identify opportunities for existing clients;
* Referring clients and prospects to other services and specialisms offered;
* Serving clients on an ongoing basis, conducting annual reviews, and ensuring they stay on track to meet their objectives;
* Carrying out activities in a compliant manner in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements;
* Delivering on objectives promptly, prioritizing workload, and remaining professional under pressure;
* Communicating clearly and accurately, maintaining records, and utilizing new technology effectively;
* Providing excellent customer service, finding solutions in line with TCF principles, and using feedback to improve;
* Maintaining high productivity, striving for continual improvement, and understanding individual contributions to corporate goals;
* Sharing knowledge and supporting team goals;
* Delivering understandable financial advice to ensure client satisfaction and retention;
* Participating in knowledge sharing among colleagues;
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of the financial services market;
* Managing client relationships sustainably and profitably, addressing issues promptly and appropriately.
Experience / Qualifications
* Must hold the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) qualification
* Experience providing financial planning advice to clients
* Experience in business development and growing a client book
