<div><h3>Description</h3><p>This is a 6‑month fixed term contract for maternity cover.</p><p>System C is a British business focused on connecting and transforming health and care outcomes through market‑leading software.</p><h3>Role</h3><p>Hiring for a Customer Communications Executive to join the Brand and Communications team. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communications, you will deliver and measure customer communications across email, events, and community channels, working closely with product, support, and professional services teams.</p><h3>What you will be doing</h3><ul><li>Maintain a regular customer communications programme supporting engagement and retention across the customer lifecycle.</li><li>Create clear, customer‑focused content by gathering information, writing, and publishing across relevant channels.</li><li>Promote customer stories internally and externally to support advocacy and shared learning.</li><li>Support the planning and delivery of customer-focused user events, both online and face‑to‑face.</li><li>Develop and maintain customer data within Salesforce, including preference centres and reference site tracking.</li><li>Contribute to the customer advocacy programme by building trusted relationships with key customers.</li><li>Support campaign measurement through regular reporting and insight.</li><li>Play a role in the development of a new community platform for the System C user community.</li></ul><h3>What you will bring</h3><ul><li>Strong experience in a B2B marketing or communications role; technology experience is helpful but not essential.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with hands‑on experience producing marketing content.</li><li>Experience using Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform.</li><li>Ability to manage projects and deliver results to agreed timescales.</li><li>A proactive, positive approach, with strong attention to detail and quality.</li><li>A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast‑changing environment.</li></ul><h3>Why join System C</h3><p>You will be part of a supportive, values‑led organisation that encourages ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
