What the Job Involves Support complex cases to enhance clients' independence at home following illness or hospital stay. Line manage a team of Reablement Care Workers, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with regulated standards. Monitor client cases, providing feedback to team leads and assessors for service appropriateness. Collaborate with team leads to ensure high service standards, meeting departmental policies and procedures. Encourage service user independence by empowering informed choice. Maintain high-standard records and mentor care workers in community settings. Skills Experience in working with older people or individuals with disabilities Understanding of home care settings Line management and supervision experience Communication and teamwork skills Numerical and computer literacy, proficiency in Office 365 Knowledge of CIW standards and Health and Safety Flexible and able to work varied hours if needed Full driving license with car access
