SENIOR MARKETING ANALYST
SALARY UP TO £65,000
LONDON HYBRID – 4 DAYS IN OFFICE
A fast-growing global streaming and entertainment platform is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join its EMEA Analytics & Insights function. This role plays a key part in evaluating strategic marketing activity, driving acquisition and retention performance, and shaping how multi-market campaigns are measured and optimised. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically strong, commercially minded professional who enjoys combining technical modelling, experimentation, and stakeholder influence to deliver meaningful impact across a major digital subscription service.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES:
* Partner with marketing, finance, and research teams to identify measurement opportunities across EMEA markets.
* Develop, design, and implement Marketing Mix Models (MMM), experimentation frameworks, and geo-testing methodologies.
* Collaborate with global analytics teams to ensure alignment on modelling approaches and best practices.
* Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimise media mix and influence future budget allocation.
* Analyse historical and upcoming media plans, working closely with external media partners.
* Communicate findings through clear, impactful storytelling tailored to senior stakeholders.
YOUR SKILLS:
* Experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a similar analytical role.
* Strong knowledge of statistical modelling, including regression techniques, MMM, and A/B testing.
* Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
* Strong capability in Python or R for analysis, modelling, and automation.
* Skilled in data visualisation tools such as Looker or Tableau.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings and deliver strategic recommendations.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
* Confident stakeholder engagement, including experience presenting insights to senior leaders.
