Purpose of the Role - Trainee/Sales Negotiator

Key Responsibilities as a Trainee/ Negotiator
* Generate and book valuations and viewing appointments
* Interact with the general public in person, on the telephone and online
* Conduct property viewings in a professional manner
* Negotiate offers that are received.
* Agree and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
* Optimising every opportunity within the Bradleys Complete Property Service
* Generate new business in a target driven environment
